What the site is
Spring Tree Service Pros passes tree work requests to independent tree service companies. It does not inspect, trim, remove or haul trees, and it does not guarantee anyone’s work. The company you hire is responsible for the job, its price, its insurance, any permits or approvals, and any warranty.
Safety
Nothing on this site is instruction for doing tree work yourself. Tree work near structures and power lines is dangerous. A tree touching a power line is a matter for the electric utility first, and an emergency is a matter for 911.
Information, not advice
Pages describe local history, public rules and general tree health guidance as understood when written. They are not legal, engineering or arboricultural advice. Confirm anything you rely on with the agency, association or professional concerned.
Being contacted
Calling or sending the form means you agree to be contacted about your request by phone, text or email. The privacy page explains how those details are handled.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, it is not responsible for what a contractor does or fails to do, or for decisions made based on its content.
Governing law
Texas law applies to these terms and to any dispute about this site.
