What you give

The form asks for your name, phone number, email, the address where the tree is, a neighborhood, the kind of job and a description. The address of the page you sent it from and your browser’s time zone are attached automatically. If you call, the phone system keeps your number and any voicemail.

Basic analytics may note which pages were viewed, on what kind of device and from roughly where. It is used to understand how the site is used, not to identify anyone.

Why it is used

To pass your tree request to an independent tree service, to confirm it by email, and to follow up on that request.

Who sees it

The tree service your request goes to, and the companies that host this site and run its form and phone line. Your details are not sold or rented.

Getting a copy or having it removed

Call the number on this site or send the form and say what you want. You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, or for it to be deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text replaces this page.
