About Spring Tree Service Pros

A request line for tree work in Spring, Texas. It does not own a saw.

What happens to your call

When you call the number on this site or send the form, the details go to one independent tree service that covers the Spring area. That company calls you back, looks at the tree, prices the job and, if you agree, does it. Spring Tree Service Pros is not the contractor, does not employ the crew and does not set the price.

The site exists because most tree calls start in a hurry, often after a storm, and the first question is not which company but how soon. The pages here try to answer that honestly and then get the request to someone who can come look.

How the pages are written

Every local fact on this site comes from a named source: the Texas State Historical Association for Spring and Klein history, Community Impact and the Texas A&M Forest Service for Hurricane Beryl, neighborhood associations and utility districts for their own histories, and CenterPoint Energy, the Texas Department of Agriculture and the International Society of Arboriculture for the rules. Where a source is a real-estate guide, the page says so. Where this site looked and found nothing, it says that too.

Nothing here tells you how to cut, climb or rig a tree. That is deliberate.

What to Ask the Company That Calls Back

  1. 1

    Who is doing the work?

Their own crew or a subcontractor, and who is on site for the day.

  2. 2

    Is anyone ISA certified?

It is voluntary. If they say yes, the ISA lists credential holders publicly.

  3. 3

    What insurance do they carry?

Liability coverage for damage to your property, and coverage for their workers.

  4. 4

    What is in the price?

Hauling, the stump, the logs, cleanup of the lawn and the gutters.

  5. 5

    Who handles the line?

If the tree is near a wire, what they will do and what the utility will do.

  6. 6

    Anything to spray or inject?

Pesticide applied to trees for hire needs a Texas Department of Agriculture license.
